I just don’t understand why people don’t do their jobs. Our building manager,( who also happens to be the son of the building developer), seems to think that we are at his beck and call, not the other way around. If you don’t want the job don’t take it on. He can’t even seem to return calls promptly. This man-child would much rather spend his time on the endless parade of jail bait that slinks through his door then take care of the garbage room problem. It has been weeks since I made my first complaint and he hasn’t even acknowledged receipt of that. I guess it is just age that gives me perspective on this but honestly, I could do a better job. It is not as if it’s hard to figure out who is commiting the offense either. If they are too stupid and lazy to break their cardboard down properly, you can bet that they are too stupid and lazy to remove their addresses from envelopes in the garbage bags they leave on the floor beside the dumpster. All he has to do is look in the bag for god’s sake. Wow, sounds like rocket science.
